Challenge
Vorwerk decided to start a new Sales System in 2010. Due to the fact that Vorwerk specializes in direct sales, a customized system to manage their full sales process needed to be created. None of the existing CRM Systems met their business needs.
Solution
Vorwerk chose Exence’s services to create a dedicated solution to improve sales operations and create more automated processes for direct sales. As their sales model is different from any other the decision was taken to create a custom project.
